The Go Green Debate goes on tour!

Gram UK is taking The Go Green Debate on tour, on Monday 29th February at 1:45 Gram UK will bring to the to the Waste Works stage a host of industry experts as the fourth Go Green Debate webinar discusses, The future of Sustainability: What are the barriers to sustainability in the kitchen?

Following from the success of its webinar trilogy in 2015, Gram will bring to the stage a wealth of industry knowledge, as managing director, Glenn Roberts, chairs a panel of leading industry experts. Confirmed panellist Kate Gould, managing director at Keg Catering Consultants and co founder of CaterOps, will bring unrivalled experience in both public and private catering to the debate and discuss what her clients see as barriers to becoming sustainable and how to overcome these.

Kate will also be joined by panellists including Dominic Burbridge, associate director at The Carbon Trust who will bring fresh insight to the discussion, James Sharman, energy manager at Mitchells & Butlers and Richard Gladwin, who alongside his brother Oliver pioneered the wild food trend, and with sustainability and nose to tail cooking at the heart of everything Richard does at The Shed and The Rabbit restaurants he has won critical acclaim for the new approach he brings to the industry.

The Go Green Debate will aim to help the audience question their idea of sustainability and re-position it as not only a positive step in safe guarding the future of our environment, but that ultimately going green has a hugely positive impact on businesses’ bottom lines. The 45-minute panel debate will welcome questions from the audience live at Hotelympia on the 29th February and then the bespoke panel discussion will then be streamed to computers across the country at 3pm on the 1st March. The Gram team will be on hand to respond to any questions via Twitter or on stand 3830 to answer questions face to face.

So make sure you join the conversation at 13:45 at Hotelympia’s Waste Work’s stage on 29th February or at 3pm on 1st March online as Gram discusses how to overcome the barriers to sustainability.
