The future of Sustainability: What are the barriers to sustainability in the kitchen?

With a high profile location and brand new panel of experts, The Gram Go Green Debate is back for 2016. Following 2015’s successful programme, on Monday 29th February the Hotelympia Waste Works stage will host Gram’s fourth Go Green Debate webinar panel.

With some of the most knowledgeable names in the industry included on the panel, the 45-minute discussion is one not to missed!

Discussing the future of the sustainability, barriers to adoption and how to overcome them, will be Kate Gould, managing director at Keg Catering Consultants and co founder of CaterOps, Dominic Burbridge, associate director at The Carbon Trust, James Sharman, energy manager at Mitchells & Butlers and Richard Gladwin, joint owner of The Shed and Rabbit restaurants.

Chaired by Gram UK’s, MD, Glenn Roberts the industry experts will share their collective insight and discuss how to ensure sustainability is seen as integral part of a credible business plan as well as addressing the perceived challenges to becoming a sustainable business.

The audience will have two chances to join this exciting webinar. Visitors to Hotelympia can watch the panel live at 1:45pm on the Waste Works stage or enjoy it the following day at 3pm on 1st March, by registering at www.thegogreendebate.co.uk.
