A panel of experts - including managing director of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, Mark Linehan, owner of the Trustcott Arms in Maida Vale, Andrew Fishwick, and the Carbon Trust’s director of implementation, Myles McCarthy - are set to take to the stage to discuss achieving a sustainable bottom line.

Loks looks to Gram for refrigeration

Gram scored big in Scotland as the chosen refrigeration supplier for new outlet, Loks Bar and Kitchen. Recently opened in Shawlands, Glasgow, Loks Bar and Kitchen is now the place to go for quality food and drink in a relaxed informal atmosphere. The new build, situated on the premises of the former Pollok Juniors FC Social Club, comprises two bars and an all day restaurant, as well as a large function area that seats up to 180 people and can be hired for private parties and banquets.

The temperature is set to drop up North this March as we take our Generation 5 portfolio to ScotHot on 4th and 5th.

Exhibiting at Glasgow’s SECC, at stand 4410, we will be on hand to share in-depth sustainability and advice on energy efficient best practice. We will also be demonstrating the advantages of investing in sustainable refrigeration such as the four-time award winning SUPERIORPLUS 72.
